Unemployment Tip #7: Do What Your Body Tells You.

When I was a child, riding in the car became a magical experience because of one thing: sleep. Seven-year-old me would get into the car at home with my parents and shortly after our journey began, I’d fall asleep. When the car would stop and I’d be in a completely different city feeling refreshed and excited for all the possibilities upon me. To me, sleeping in the car is equivalent to time travel… Sorta.

I’m sure it’s the same thing for rock stars touring the country in their mega bus.

Lately I’ve started really listening to my body. My body has told me a ton of things, but the one I’ll share with you today is simple: when you’re tired, sleep.

Embrace the power-nap. Studies show that taking a 20 – 30 minute nap in the afternoon is great for you! Just read this article and tell me you don’t want to catch a few winks!

Because if you don’t, you’ll start to sound like this idiot:
